Q: How will you Charge the Service?


A: The price is determined by the size of the home. Just call us at 404-390-4082 and after a few questions, you will receive your free quote.

Q: Do We need to provide the Cleaning Supplies?

Q: When is it best to Schedule an appointment?


A: The best time to Schedule an Appointment is three days in Advance

Q: Are You insured and Bonded?


A: Yes ATL Clean is Insured and Bonded

Q: What Payments Do you accept?


A: We Accept Debit/Card, Cash, Online Payments and E-Transfer

Q: What are your Hours? or What Days of does the company Work?


A: Our hours of Operation is Monday - Saturday, Between 8am - 6pm

Q:Do we need to sing a contract?


A: We are confident in our ability to provide quality service every time we clean. You are free to cancel your regularly scheduled cleaning at any time.

Q: Your personal are uniformed?


A: Yes all team members have uniform with the logo and the name in front.

Q:How many people will clean my home?


A: Two to three people will clean your home. Team size depends on the size of your home.

Q: How do you access my home?


A: We must be able to access your home to provide services. There are three choices: 1. - You may meet the cleaner. 2. - You may leave a key at some designated accessible place at your residence. 3. - You may leave a key on file in our key safe.

Q: How do you protect my keys?


A: Your key is coded as soon as it enters the office. It will be stored in a locked key storage box to which only Atlclean management has access. The day of your scheduled cleaning, your key is matched to your order. At the end of the day, the service provider returns all keys to the manager, who then places them back into the secured storage box.

Q: What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?


A: If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your cleaning service

Q: What if a member of your staff breaks something?


A: Accidents do occur occasionally. Our insurance carriers will handle any major losses, while we usually handle minor mishaps directly.

Q:What if I want more work done?


A:That's great! If possible, we can give you better service by contacting us ahead of time to schedule more time for your home. But if you discover additional work the day of your cleaning many times we can fit it in. If not, we’ll be happy to schedule another day.

Q:How long will my carpets take to dry?


A:Our clients view the drying process as VERY important. We work very hard to dry your home quickly- in most cases your carpets will totally dry in 4 to 6 hours. Certain conditions can lengthen drying times such as heavy soiling, outside temperature and humidity, the type of carpet, etc. Please leave your plastic protectors and/or foam blocks under furniture we moved and cleaned under for at least 24 hours. If it's physically difficult for you to remove these protectors just give us a call. We'll be happy to help.

Q:How long until we can walk on our carpets?


A: You can walk on your damp carpets immediately but it's best to stay off them for a few hours. Better to be safe than sorry! We’re happy to provide your family with complimentary shoe covers that will lessen the chance of re-soiling during the drying process. NOTE #1: “Transition areas” such as when you walk from the damp carpet on to a ceramic or vinyl floor can sometimes be slippery. Please use caution. You may want to put down old towels here to dry the soles of your shoes. NOTE #2: We also suggest your children or pets not lay on or play on the carpets for 24 hours after cleaning.

Q: How long will my carpets stay nice after you clean them?


A: Good question! And our answer is: “It all depends!” Your technician will review our suggested daily maintenance procedures with you. We’ll also leave you a free Lifetime Supply of our Spot-Out carpet spotter. And if you want your carpets to look great always please check out our residential “Stay Beautiful” maintenance program. (Basically you get two cleanings every year for the price of one cleaning!)

Q: Does Scotchgard really work? Do I need it?


A: Reapplying 3M Scotchgard offers several benefits. Your Scotchgard protected carpets will vacuum easier, faster and far more efficiently. Spots and spills will remove easier and will create far fewer permanent stains. Your carpets and upholstery will stay looking new longer. Reapplying Scotchgard will restore the protection your carpet came with from the mill. Ask us for a quick demonstration that just might amaze you!
