A: Payments are due on the day of the scheduled service. We accept cash, checks left on the kitchen counter, Debit/Credit Card, Online Payments, and E-Transfer.

A: Costs depend on the size of your home and what you want cleaned. At ATL Clean, we work with each homeowner to develop a customized cleaning plan.

A: ATL Clean brings all the cleaning materials needed for the job. If you have preferences for certain cleaning products, please let us know.

Q: What areas does ATL Clean service?

A: We proudly serve several counties in Georgia. Our service areas include:

Gwinnett County: Auburn, Berkeley Lake, Braselton, Buford, Dacula, Duluth, Grayson, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Loganville, Norcross, Peachtree Corners, Snellville, Sugar Hill, Suwanee.

Fulton County: Atlanta, Alpharetta, Chattahoochee Hills, Johns Creek, Milton, Mountain Park, Roswell, Sandy Springs.

Cobb County: Marietta, Smyrna, Vinings, Fair Oaks.

Dekalb County: Avondale Estates, Brookhaven, Chamblee, Clarkston, Decatur, Doraville, Dunwoody, Pine Lake, Stone Mountain, Tucker.

Q: How many people will clean my home?

A: Two to three people will clean your home. The team size depends on the size of your home

Q: What if I want more work done?

A: We're happy to accommodate additional cleaning tasks. Contact us ahead of time to schedule more time for your home.

Q: Are there any services that ATL Clean does not typically perform?

A: Yes, ATL Clean usually does not perform tasks like cleaning toys, the inside of fireplaces, picking up clutter, cleaning irons, laundry, and washing dishes. However, we do clean the insides of cabinets, stoves, and refrigerators upon request.

Q: Can I provide special instructions for cleaning to ATL Clean?

A: Yes, you can provide special instructions, and we will record them in your cleaning plan.

Q: Are your staff uniformed?

A: Yes, all team members wear uniforms with the logo and the name on the front.

Q: Does ATL Clean always send the same cleaners to a house?

A: We at ATL Clean aim to always send the same team to clean your home. If a team member is absent, we will try to find a suitable replacement. All our residential housekeepers undergo extensive training.

Q: How does ATL Clean handle pets during the cleaning process?

A: ATL Clean is a pet-friendly company. If your pet is aggressive, we recommend that you leave it outside or in a gated area during the cleaning. If you're not home during the cleaning, you should let us know how to handle cleaning around your pet.

Safety and Security:

Q: Are you insured and bonded?


A: Yes, ATL Clean is insured and bonded for your peace of mind.

Q: How do you protect my keys?

A: Your key is coded upon arrival at our office, stored in a locked key storage box accessible only by ATL Clean management.

Scheduling:

Q: What are your hours of operation?


A: We operate Monday - Saturday, between 8am - 6pm.

Q: What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?

A: If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will reach out to you to work out an alternative schedule.

Service Specifics:

Q: Do I need to sign a contract?

A: No, you are free to cancel your regularly scheduled cleaning at any time.

Q: How long until we can walk on our carpets after cleaning?

A: We recommend waiting a few hours before walking on your damp carpets. We can provide complimentary shoe covers to minimize re-soiling during the drying process.

Q: How long will my carpets stay clean after your service?

A: With proper care and daily maintenance, your carpets can stay clean for an extended period. The duration depends on factors like carpet type and foot traffic.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule, we recommend calling us about 72 hours before the next scheduled service. We operate on a contract-free basis, so you're not locked into a cleaning plan.

Cancellation Policy for One-Time Deep Cleaning and Move-In/Move-Out Services (for New Clients):

For new clients scheduling a one-time deep cleaning or move-in/move-out service, please note our cancellation policy:

  • A $50 deposit is required to reserve your cleaning appointment.

  • Cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice: Your deposit will be fully refunded.

  • Cancellation on the same day of the service: Your deposit will be forfeited.

Please be aware that this policy applies only to one-time deep cleaning and move-in/move-out services. Recurring clients do not need to worry about this policy as it is not applicable to their regular scheduled cleanings.
